Product Applications

Primarily used for boosting and transporting natural gas into the pipeline network (natural gas pipeline extraction and combustible gas recovery tanking). It can also be used for stirring in the pharmaceutical and brewing industries, pressurized gas transport in the chemical industry, blow molding in the food industry, and dust removal in machinery manufacturing.

Product Features

1. The product features low noise, minimal vibration, compact structure, stable operation, high safety and reliability, and a high level of automation. It can also be equipped with a data remote display and control system as per customer requirements.

2. It includes functions for stopping the compressor in case of low compressor oil pressure, low water pressure, high temperature, low inlet pressure, and high discharge pressure, making the compressor operation more reliable.

Structure Introduction

The unit consists of the compressor mainframe, electric motor, coupling, flywheel, piping system, cooling system, electrical equipment, and auxiliary equipment.

Lubrication Method

All the mentioned products are oil-free lubrication compressors for compressible media.
