Mainly used for boosting and transporting coalbed methane (CBM). (Natural gas pipeline gas extraction, recovery of combustible gases for storage)

It can also be used in pharmaceuticals, brewing for mixing, chemical industry for gas pressurized transport, food industry for blow molding bottle production, and in the machine manufacturing industry for dust removal from parts.

Product Features

1. The product features low noise, minimal vibration, compact structure, stable operation, high safety and reliability, and a high level of automation. It can also be equipped with a data remote display and control system as per customer requirements.

2. It includes functions for stopping the compressor in case of low compressor oil pressure, low water pressure, high temperature, low inlet pressure, and high discharge pressure, making the compressor operation more reliable.

Structure Introduction

The unit consists of the compressor mainframe, electric motor, coupling, flywheel, piping system, cooling system, electrical equipment, and auxiliary equipment.

Lubrication Method

All of the above products use oil-free lubrication for compressible media compressors.
